2.1 Age Requirement

Registration by individuals below the set age limit is strictly prohibited. zk99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to close any account found not to comply with this condition. Any winnings obtained through an account that breaches the age requirement may be voided.

2.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or passport
• An active mobile phone number that can be contacted
• A valid and actively used email address
• Bank account or e-wallet details held in your own name

Registering under another person's name or using false information is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being terminated.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each member is only allowed to hold one account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts using different details is a breach of the terms and may result in all related accounts being closed and balances frozen without prior notice.

3.1 Payment Methods

zk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods:

• Online banking via FPX
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, ETH

All payment methods must be in the name of the registered member. Use of another person's account or e-wallet is prohibited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

zk99 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal from bonus winnings is permitted.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses offered by zk99 are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

5.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback is credited to the member's account on a weekly basis. The cashback amount is based on net wagering activity over the course of a week. zk99 reserves the right to modify the cashback structure by giving reasonable notice to members through official communication channels.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Members are prohibited from doing the following while using the zk99 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical bugs
• Cooperating with other members to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Opening a new account after an existing account has been terminated by zk99
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering
• Spreading false or misleading information about zk99

6.2 Account Termination

zk99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found to be in breach of these terms and conditions without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, zk99 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out. zk99's decision in such matters is final.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

zk99 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform. Services are provided "as is" and zk99 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services. That said, zk99 works to ensure the platform operates in a stable and secure manner at all times.

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, server issue, or occurrence beyond control during gameplay, zk99 reserves the right to void or suspend the relevant round or bet. Decisions made by management in such situations are final and binding on all members.
